PG's Sweet Treats operates as a Certified Home Based Bakery through the Department of Agriculture of Pennsylvania.

Payment in full is required to secure date for product fulfillment.  No refunds will be given, in store credit will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of order placement.  

Custom cake and cookie designs may not be to the exact design of the requested item.  They are subject to the cake artists interpretation of the design due to potential copyrighted items.

We reserve the right to refuse a custom cake or cookie order due to prior obligations.  We will inform you once your order has been accepted, paid for, and scheduled.
